M/s Coastal Automobiles Pvt Ltd., Rajahmundry was incorporated on 13-09-2000.The company was floated to operate Passenger Vehicle Dealership of Daewoo Motors India Ltd., for east and west godavari Districts.The Company has subsequently been awarded The dealership of Tata Motors Ltd for their Passenger Cars for both the godavari districts in the year 2002.The operations was started in a record time of four months.The Company is well known in the Godavari Districts.It has shown a consistent growth year on year till now.

Financial Status of the Company

The company has its Showrooms in Rajahmundry and Kakinada. The company has high credibility with the banks as well as in the market for its sound financial discipline and principles.The company was started with an authorized capital of 60 lakhs in 1999 which was increased subsequently from time to time as per the requirement.And is having a very good profit earnings and retainings for the last few years.

Transport Business

As an forward extension to the passenger car dealership the company has started its transport/hiring of vehicles in the year 2001.We are operating in ONGC, Gail and RIL. The company have executed work orders worth 4 Crores till date and are having orders worth 3.6 Crores in progress. We are operating 15 Safari's in RIL and have supplied State of Art Air Conditioned Buses to RIL.

Management

The company is a closely held company having only two Shareholders and Directors, Mr.T.S.S.S.Rao and Mr.B.Suresh Babu having equal shareholding. Both the directors are completely occupied in the day to day operations of the company.

Sister Concerns

The directors of the Company has floated a new company M/s Coastal Car Consultants (P) Ltd.,in the year 2008 to facilitate a more concentrated efforts towards its transport business.

Manpower

The company has qualified manpower in all departments.It is having an 150+ technical and non-technical employees on their Rolls.The Company is following all relevant Statutory requirements like ESI,PF etc. right form its inception.

Safety

The company is following stringent norms as per the factories act. Both the Rajahmundry and Kakinada Brances are registered under Factories Act.
